Vehicle Stored on Street (same location for over 72 hours).
RV or Motorbus parked on-street adjacent to place with sleeping accommodations between 10PM and 6AM.
Vehicle Stored in Park - in the same location for over 24 hours.
Abandoned Bicycle – in same location for over 72 hours.
Blocking Fire Hydrant – Vehicle must be parked within 10 feet of hydrant
Parking in a Bike Lane
Blocking Crosswalk – Vehicles cannot park on the crosswalk or within 20ft depending on traffic flow patterns.
Blocking a Driveway – 3 feet of full curb height on both sides of a driveway, yellow paint or not, is a no parking area for driveway access/egress.
Parking on Curb – Vehicle tires must remain on the road. Driving on the curb damages the curbs and increases maintenance costs.
Parking in a Signed No Parking Area

Parking against the flow of traffic – vehicles must park in a manner that flows with the traffic patterns.
Parked on public streets for the purpose of sale – Signs/message placed in a manner that would obstruct the front or rear vision of the driver.
Conducting non-emergency maintenance on public streets – emergency maintenance is changing a flat tire, jumping a battery and not changing oil or rebuilding an engine.
